We've added the Vanilla Minecraft 1.6.4 server jar as an option in the control panel. You can switch to it using the "JAR File" drop menu. After you switch the jar file, save it at the bottom of the page, then restart your server.

A stable Craftbukkit build has not yet been released. The current build is a development build. The latest Craftbukkit build will be added as an option in the control panel after it has thoroughly been tested by HostHorde for stability. You can upgrade now if you'd like by manually installing the server jar yourself.
