So I'm thinking of getting a server for my birthday. Wondering a few questions that I hope can be answered because I don't want to be wasting my money here, lol. So I've usually been trying to make a server home hosted but it seems to dangerous to portforward, hamachi does weird things, and uTorrent doesn't work. I'm down to the last thing, buy for a server! I'm new to it, so I hope people can help with the format [If there's a special type] and things in that nature. If it's completely the same as running a home hosted server, than great! But if it isn't answer the following if you can(Thanks!): 1. Is it the best deal? I looked through the prices and looked at other popular websites to see that this is the BEST deal. If you guys find anything else let me know, but if you can't then I'll call this the best price. 2. Is there a special interface? So like I said before, I've made a home-hosted server; its dangerous but the interface is straight forward and easy. I've tried Triangle, but it sucks for the most part, and their interface is weir so... yeah. (NEVER USE IT) 3. Is craftbukkit available? I've mostly worked with craftbukkit. So I hope I can use it! I recently downloaded a serverfile from someone; it was pretty cool. I'll probably also attach a file of it. I just hope I can add plug-ins so that I can use them for the server. 4. 1) There is no "best" deal, but I'd say the "unlimited" plan is worth it. 2) HostHorde uses Multicraft for the control panel. 3) Yes, you can run CraftBukkit or any other server jars / mods. 4) You can submit support tickets if you require assistance, or post here on the forums.
