    My friend's server won't start.
    U press the button and it gets stuck at the "Restart" symbol
    Is this related to the server being hacked/compromised?

    Probably not. Most likely an issue with a plugin or the world save. Check your server console to see what happens when you start it.

    Yeah I figured it out. He forgot to change the EULA to true, the idiot. Thx anyway. :)
