Hi I am thinking of buying a Basic/Pro Server and I have some questions 1. If I Buy Basic And Need More Can I Upgrade To Pro Or Unlimited? 2. Can I Cancel Or Chargeback? 3.I Know this is a stupid one but I want to ask people who have brought servers Is HostHorde safe and not a scam? 4. Thanks For Answering
You can upgrade (or downgrade) between plans so long as you don't have any outstanding invoices. You can cancel at any time - and you can request a refund if you cancel within 7 days. Refunds after 7 days are not guaranteed, but under exceptional circumstances may be granted. Any chargebacks will result in your account being closed.
