    How you can get colored motd in Minecraft? It's absolutely easy.

    The only thing you need is a server.

    Just connect with FTP client to server (or you can edit the config with Multicraft) and open server.properties file.
    Then find a row with: "motd= Something.."

    Great. There it is. So now you can edit your motd and color it!
    Just before the text where you want the color, add "\u00A7#" (without quotes, of course)
    # = Color code (like a character or number [1,2,3,...a,b,c,..])

    There is a example without colors:

    And this is with colors:

    motd= \u00A72My \u00A71first \u00A76server
    It will look like on the image..
