I did not restart the server but then tried to /pardon and /ban again in game to try it again and I kept getting that message. I will restart server after more people are off, but I have a feeling he will still remain banned. I could try to find out his IP and unban that but his friend who has the same IP was on so I know it's not the IP that was banned, just by nickname. Any help? Thanks!
