I have used the basic tutorial shown here,Installing Minecraft Forge Server | HostHorde Forums, however the server refuses to start. Could someone help me fix this issue.
I am also getting this same error when trying to set up an FTB revelations server. I followed the guide https://www.hosthorde.com/forums/threads/installing-feed-the-beast-modpacks-1-5-2-1-6-4.36/ although I am using Minecraft 1.12.2. There is also this guide https://www.hosthorde.com/forums/threads/installing-feed-the-beast-modpacks-1-7-10-1-10-2.395/ but neither seem to help get the server running. Any assistance with this would be greatly appriciated
I got this from the support team seems to have worked for me to use java 8 Rename your server's current JAR file to "custom_server.jar". Download https://www.hosthorde.com/downloads/8Launcher.jar Upload the file to your servers "jar" folder. In the Multicraft panel, set the JAR File to "8Launcher.jar". Reboot your server.
