Does anyone know how to upgrade your server from a starter plan to a basic plan without deleting the world or removing any ranks? I need help my server keeps getting full and the support is always offline Plzzz help
Upgrading your plan will not effect the files/ plugin configurations you have. To upgrade: in the Client Area, click Services -> My Services; then View Details next to your plan; then Management Options -> Upgrade/ Downgrade. Our support is manned between 9am to 5pm MST daily.
