    Where do I upload resource pack onto my server?

    You link to the direct file. If you want to upload it to your server, you'll have to make it accessible to everyone and link to the .zip file, such as example.com/resourcepack.zip

    Dropbox is a good place to host a resource pack.

    After uploading it to whatever service you're using to host it (Dropbox, for example), the link can be entered in the server settings (Control Panel > Files > Config Files > Server Settings)
