I had a skyfactory 3 server set up on Hosthorde and it worked just fine, I have been trying all day now to set up Skyfactory 4 to replace it. The problem I have is I have loaded the main and server files onto the server, downloaded server 1.12.2.jar and put it in the jar folder with the forge file (renamed the forge file custom_server.jar per Hosthordes requirements), put all other files in the root directory and now I am stuck. I have looked for install guides and videos, none of any help that I could find. It requested libraries and I could only find the ones included in SF3, I put these in the Jar folder and it went a bit further but still no good so I am doing something fundamentally wrong. Has anyone got a bit of guidance as to what I need to upload and where, any help gratefully accepted. This is the very short log I get 06.03 02:34:43 [Multicraft] Server stopped 06.03 02:34:17 [Server] INFO /run.sh: line 31: 31090 Killed /monitor.sh "$PID" "$USER" 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO ... 4 more 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:357) 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:331) 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:424) 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:381) 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: joptsimple.OptionSpec 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO at net.minecraftforge.fml.relauncher.ServerLaunchWrapper.main(ServerLaunchWrapper.java:34) 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO at net.minecraftforge.fml.relauncher.ServerLaunchWrapper.run(ServerLaunchWrapper.java:52) 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO at java.lang.Class.forName(Class.java:348) 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO at java.lang.Class.forName0(Native Method) 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: joptsimple/OptionSpec 06.03 02:34:16 [Server] INFO /usr/bin/java $START 06.03 02:34:15 [Multicraft] Loaded config for "Mod: Custom Server" 06.03 02:34:15 [Multicraft] Starting server! 06.03 02:34:15 [Multicraft] Loading server properties Regards - M37AU
Problem solved with the help of Joseph B from Tech support, my installer shell wasn't unpacking the libraries and I was using the wrong library folder, All up and running now Regards - M37AU
