Make sure the Window you wish to screenshot is visible

Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. This is normally labelled “Prt Scr” or similar, and is normally found to the right side of the keyboard. On laptops, you may need to press both the function key (normally labelled “fn”) and print screen.

Open Paint from the start menu.

Press Ctrl+V or click the Paste button to paste the screenshot into Paint

Press Ctrl+S or click the menu...
