I disagree with you on this, The reason the starter and basic plans do not have unlimited players is because of how much ram they have. For example and server with 1GB of ram can handle 1 to 20 players. On the other hand a server with 2GB, can handle 1 to 60 players. Plus the disk space matters too.
We would prefer not to nickel and dime our clients. We'll be allowing users on the starter and basic plans to set their own player limits, at no additional cost. We'll be aiming for an early August implementation of this. In the meantime, if you're on the starter or basic plan and would like your player limit changed, simply contact support referencing this thread, and we'll be glad to change it for you.
